Our Brachetto Grappa comes from a slow steam distillation of carefully selected pomace, according to the traditional method of the historic Piedmontese grappas. Transparent, crystalline, rich, mellow and aromatic, with typical floral and fruity scents. Full-bodied on the palate, with a full and elegant sip and a persistent and round touch at the end.
